What you will do

• Build and lead the PMO function within the Payroll Business Operations team.
• Develop and project manage partner and customer integration architecture and implementation timelines.
• Lead the planning, tracking, and completion of onboarding and implementation tasks.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scale the implementation process and team operations.
• Manage project risks and develop integration best practices and training materials.
• Coach and mentor a team of 3 individual contributors to grow the PMO function.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in project management, implementations, or professional services.
• Experience in HRtech, fintech, or the software/technology industry.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS technology partnerships.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Demonstrated capabilities in automation and AI.
• Priority for candidates located in the United Kingdom or EMEA.
