TL;DR

Junior Project Manager (PMO/Change & Release): Provide administrative and coordination support to PMO and Change & Release functions, maintaining project plans, RAID logs, trackers, and status reports with an accent on governance, stakeholder coordination, and delivery support. Focus on planning releases, tracking risks/issues, liaising with teams for deployment readiness, and driving continuous improvement.

What you will do

  • Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, status reports, and support governance meetings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are met, including follow-up actions.
  • Support planning, coordination, and delivery of Change & Release activities, maintaining schedules and documentation.
  • Manage change requests through governance, track risks/issues/dependencies, and liaise with technical/test teams.
  • Facilitate release meetings, stakeholder communications, post-release reviews, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience
  • Strong organisation, time management, attention to detail.
  • Clear written/verbal communication and concise reporting.
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive, persistent, good problem-solving with calm approach.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of PM tools like MS Project.
  • Understanding of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery.
