What you will do
- Build and scale cross-functional teams, hiring developers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Drive the product from MVP to full-scale release, defining and maintaining the Product Roadmap.
- Oversee UI/UX decisions and conduct market research to support strategic product goals.
- Manage workflows using Agile/Scrum methodologies and maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence.
- Collaborate with the CTO, CPO, and CEO to align product strategy and ensure transparent communication.
- Oversee testing, quality assurance, and post-launch optimization based on performance metrics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in tech-driven companies.
- Experience in fintech domain (payments, banking, compliance, KYC/KYB) is required.
- Proven track record of building teams and taking products from MVP to launch.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile practices, and business analysis.
- English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) required.
- Must be based in Europe or able to work within the Central European Time (CET) zone.
Nice to have
- Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
- Technical background or software development experience.
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
