What you will do

• Develop electronic box architectures for flight control computers and motor-control electronics used in military aviation.
• Lead multi-discipline engineering teams (mechanical, software, digital, analog, power) in electronics assembly development.
• Manage technical integration and act as the main liaison for customers, programs, and vendors.
• Define system architectures and requirements for new aircraft platforms in collaboration with systems engineering.
• Ensure designs meet EMI/EMC and all applicable environmental and electromagnetic requirements.
• Drive designs to meet manufacturing cost, reliability, and schedule targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven expertise in the design, analysis, and development of aircraft actuation controllers.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with industry standards such as RTCA/DO-160, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-810, or RTCA/DO-254.
• Experience with aerospace qualification and certification processes.
• Experience with requirements flow-down and actuator/sensor interfaces.
