Location: Remote (Must be based in WA, TX, ID, SC, or OR). Candidates residing in WA must be able to travel to the Tukwila, WA office periodically.

Salary: Target Pay Range $26.35–$32.12 hourly

What you will do

• Manage the loan pipeline from application through funding, ensuring milestones are met on schedule.
• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy within the Loan Origination System.
• Prepare, review, and finalize compliant closing documentation for member signatures.
• Execute loan funding and disbursements accurately and efficiently.
• Analyze income, collateral insurance, and perform detailed title reviews to resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with external vendors to clear collateral conditions and apply valuation cascades.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business or equivalent work/educational experience (Bachelor's preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Consumer, Indirect, or Small Business Lending.
• Experience with loan origination systems and document review.
• Proficiency in PC skills, basic accounting, and math.
• Must be based in Washington, Texas, Idaho, South Carolina, or Oregon.
• WA residents: Required to travel onsite to the Tukwila, WA office on a periodic basis.

Nice to have

• Thorough knowledge of RESPA, HMDA, Fair Lending, and ECOA rules and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
