Salary: $68,400 - $96,600 (depending on location tier)

What you will do

• Analyze defaulted Home Equity Investments to develop effective recovery and loss mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with customers, investors, attorneys, and subservicers to facilitate loss mitigation efforts.
• Manage subservicers and foreclosure firms to ensure timely, compliant navigation of complex default scenarios.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and ensure adherence to mortgage servicing regulatory standards.
• Train and coach team members on new processes, policies, and technical skills.
• Conduct audits and call monitoring to ensure subservicers meet performance and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in Mortgage, HELOC, or Home Equity Investment (HEI) servicing, specifically in default management.
• Deep technical knowledge of foreclosure processes (default through final sale) and title report interpretation.
• Proven experience in subservicer oversight, auditing, and call monitoring.
• Strong understanding of mortgage servicing regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data to build effective loss mitigation plans.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) required.
