Salary: $56,000 - $70,000 plus Equity and a discretionary bonus

What you will do

  • Manage the investor delivery pipeline to ensure timely and accurate submission of loan files.
  • Verify that all final documentation, collateral, and loan data align with investor and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee investor loan purchases and proactively resolve any identified deficiencies.
  • Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to monitor regulatory changes impacting loan sales.
  • Conduct internal file audits and provide consolidated reporting on loan quality and investor findings.
  • Partner with engineers and product leaders to identify and implement automation to eliminate manual toil.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of mortgage loan post-closing experience.
  • Proficiency in LOS systems, compliance tracking, and document submission portals.
  • Deep knowledge of investor guidelines, state requirements, and federal lending regulations.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a high-paced environment.
