What you will do

• Develop and configure applications using App Engine, Flow Designer, and UI Builder to meet mission objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable scoped applications and modules.
• Manage the full SDLC using Scrum, Agile, and DevSecOps methodologies to ensure timely releases.
• Troubleshoot platform integrations, MID Server configurations, and resolve functional defects.
• Ensure cybersecurity compliance with USCG and federal data protection standards.
• Modernize legacy workflows and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including Update Set logs.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• Demonstrated experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in executing SDLC within Agile, DevOps, or DevSecOps frameworks.
• Experience securing applications in accordance with USCG, DoD, or DHS federal cybersecurity policies.
• Skill in systems integration via APIs and external enterprise infrastructure.
• 10+ years of experience or commensurate qualification.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting U.S. Coast Guard or Department of Homeland Security (DHS) programs.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Governance or the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• ServiceNow Certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist).
• Familiarity with enterprise IT governance and hybrid cloud integration.
