Salary: Base salary from €3,100 brutto

What you will do

• Design and develop complex IT systems and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Primary focus on implementing Request Fulfillment and Catalog Items.
• Analyze business requirements and maintain communication with internal stakeholders.
• Develop automation solutions using JavaScript and ServiceNow-specific tools.
• Create technical documentation and actively participate in R&D projects.
• Mentor junior developers and support the onboarding process.

Requirements

• Must be based in Slovakia (remote work is restricted to the country due to taxation regulations).
• English proficiency is required.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.
• 3+ years of project experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript in ServiceNow context (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.).
• Experience with CMDB data modeling, Service Portal, and ITIL processes.

Nice to have

• Good knowledge of written and spoken German.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications, such as CIS ITSM.
