What you will do

• Plan and execute in-person events for ultra-high net worth individuals to foster client relationships and acquire new clients.
• Develop event strategies, including venue selection and on-site logistics, ensuring seamless event experiences.
• Curate engaging event content, including speaker selection and presentation materials tailored to high-net-worth individuals.
• Utilize Salesforce to track registrations, manage attendee data, and report key metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Private Wealth Advisors, content specialists, and compliance officers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to identify areas for improvement and report commercial wins.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel.
