What you will do

• Develop and manage personalized multi-channel marketing programs to increase client savings and product adoption.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Product Marketing to build programs based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Utilize customer segmentation and behavioral data to create automated and scalable marketing workflows.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign management across email, push, and in-app channels.
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize campaign performance.
• Measure and report the impact of lifecycle programs on business goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional marketing experience, specifically in customer lifecycle marketing.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Proven track record of translating data into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Experience implementing and managing marketing automation across the customer journey.
• Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships.

• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with the Iterable marketing platform.
