Senior Program Manager - MarTech Delivery Lead (Adobe Experience Cloud)

Salary: $140,000–$165,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead large-scale MarTech and digital experience programs for a financial services client.
• Deliver Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives across complex enterprise environments.
• Manage program scope, financials, risks, dependencies, governance, and executive communications.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Security, and Business organizations.
• Apply Agile delivery practices and manage enterprise integrations, personalization, and omnichannel experiences.

Requirements

• 15+ years of technology delivery, program management, or portfolio leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading complex enterprise programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, and Adobe Target.
• Experience with MarTech, digital experience, personalization, customer engagement, or Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives.
• Strong Agile delivery experience and practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• SAFe experience, including PI Planning, Agile Release Trains, and Release Management.
• Experience with Adobe Campaign and Adobe Analytics.
• Financial services, insurance, wealth management, asset management, or other regulated-industry experience.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent certification.
