What you will do

  • Drive pipeline generation by prospecting into property management companies (HOA/COA).
  • Execute multi-channel outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and video to book meetings for AEs.
  • Qualify inbound leads and provide deep discovery context for seamless handoffs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to build and refine outbound cadences, messaging, and targeting.
  • Iterate on sales approaches by testing new channels and messaging angles.
  • Integrate AI-powered tools into the daily workflow for research and personalization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • High competitive drive, tenacity, and a strong work ethic.
  • Professional experience in a customer-facing, sales, or business development role.
  • Comfortable conducting cold calls and conversations with strangers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
