TL;DR
Graduate Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Generating pipeline and qualifying leads through high-volume outbound campaigns with an accent on outbound prospecting and market presence. Location: Must be based in New York (In-person)
Compensation: $20/hour for the first 2 months, transitioning to ~75k OTE full-time contract

What you will do
- Identify and qualify new leads through research and outbound prospecting.
- Run high-volume outbound campaigns via calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate pipeline.
- Book and secure meetings for Account Executives.
- Represent the product to both technical and non-technical buyers.
- Collaborate directly on GTM strategy, messaging, and experimentation.
Requirements
- Ambitious graduate determined to build a career in sales.
- Strong communication skills: confident on calls and sharp in writing.
- Ability to handle high-volume execution (100+ calls/day).
- Scrappy, resourceful, and coachable mindset.
- Must be located in New York to work in person alongside leadership.
Nice to have
- Door-to-door or high-volume sales experience.
- Familiarity with AI/ML, data, or search technologies.
- Experience with Salesforce, SQL, or BI tools.
- Background in high-growth startup environments.
