TL;DR

Graduate Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Generating pipeline and qualifying leads through high-volume outbound campaigns with an accent on outbound prospecting and market presence. Focus on executing proven playbooks, managing high-volume calls, and building a professional network in the US tech ecosystem.

Location: Must be based in New York (In-person)

Compensation: $20/hour for the first 2 months, transitioning to ~75k OTE full-time contract

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify new leads through research and outbound prospecting.
  • Run high-volume outbound campaigns via calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate pipeline.
  • Book and secure meetings for Account Executives.
  • Represent the product to both technical and non-technical buyers.
  • Collaborate directly on GTM strategy, messaging, and experimentation.

Requirements

  • Ambitious graduate determined to build a career in sales.
  • Strong communication skills: confident on calls and sharp in writing.
  • Ability to handle high-volume execution (100+ calls/day).
  • Scrappy, resourceful, and coachable mindset.
  • Must be located in New York to work in person alongside leadership.

Nice to have

  • Door-to-door or high-volume sales experience.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML, data, or search technologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SQL, or BI tools.
  • Background in high-growth startup environments.
