TL;DR

Senior Business Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Driving pipeline growth across enterprise accounts in Australia and New Zealand with an accent on outbound prospecting and senior stakeholder engagement. Location: Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne, with ability to attend the office at least 2 days per week

What you will do

  • Identify and engage senior stakeholders within target accounts using a multi-channel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn).
  • Qualify inbound marketing-generated leads from events, webinars, and campaigns.
  • Book high-quality meetings aligned with Account Director priorities to build the revenue pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Account Directors to map stakeholders and develop targeted outreach strategies.
  • Run discovery conversations to understand client challenges and qualify interest.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outbound BDR/SDR experience in SaaS or technology sales.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Confidence in engaging with stakeholders at the Director level and above.
  • Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and attend marketing events across Australia.
