Location: Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne, with ability to attend the office at least 2 days per week

What you will do
- Identify and engage senior stakeholders within target accounts using a multi-channel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn).
- Qualify inbound marketing-generated leads from events, webinars, and campaigns.
- Book high-quality meetings aligned with Account Director priorities to build the revenue pipeline.
- Collaborate with Account Directors to map stakeholders and develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Run discovery conversations to understand client challenges and qualify interest.
Requirements
- 2+ years of outbound BDR/SDR experience in SaaS or technology sales.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Confidence in engaging with stakeholders at the Director level and above.
- Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
- Willingness to travel internationally and attend marketing events across Australia.
