What you will do

• Lead the development and optimization of key product areas such as Events, Economy, and Systems.
• Translate game-wide strategic goals into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and LiveOps to launch impactful features.
• Analyze performance data and conduct A/B tests to iterate on product improvements.
• Mentor junior and associate product managers to foster talent development.
• Coordinate with Marketing, UA, Finance, and Support to report outcomes and feature health.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of product management experience, preferably in mobile free-to-play games.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful features within a large product ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and experimentation.
• Excellent communication skills for aligning cross-discipline teams.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with game economy design, monetization, or LiveOps.
• Experience managing complex systems at scale in mature products.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
