What you will do

• Lead global teams in the design of new products, processes, components, and systems.
• Provide technical guidance on product needs, analysis, and initiation of new design ideas.
• Manage the planning and delivery of enclosure packaging development programs and maintenance initiatives.
• Communicate results and project status to global customers, suppliers, and internal business units.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance professional growth and technical skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering Technology.
• Extensive experience in product design, including 3D modeling and graphics programs.
• Working knowledge of ProE/Creo electrical programs.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Griffin, GA.
• Sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with electrical codes such as UL, NEC, and CSA.
• Knowledge of engine or genset electrical design and controller development.
• Experience with AC power distribution and DC system design.
• Experience with diesel engine development and FMEA development.
