What you will do

  • Own full-funnel growth vision and roadmap, integrating paid, owned, earned, and product-led initiatives to scale efficiently while optimizing CAC and LTV.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of growth marketers, channel experts, and analysts focused on acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Oversee performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs, influencers, affiliates, and emerging channels.
  • Foster testing, measurement, and optimization using analytics, attribution, and cohort insights.
  • Partner with Product, Tech, Brand, and Creative to execute growth loops, cross-sell/upsell, referrals, and compelling storytelling.
  • Manage forecasting, budgets, reporting, and stay ahead of trends like AI and personalization.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in growth marketing, digital acquisition, and lifecycle management in high-growth DTC/marketplace environments
  • Proven success leading large-scale acquisition/retention programs across channels
  • Deep expertise in marketing analytics, attribution, cohort analysis, forecasting
  • Strong leadership building teams across media, data, creative, product
  • Experience with experimentation, CRO, funnel diagnostics, large budgets, ROI mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred; partnering with executives on strategy
