Salary: $200,000 β $250,000 + Bonus

What you will do
- Own end-to-end organic growth outcomes, focusing on patient acquisition via SEO and AI search.
- Develop and execute a prioritized roadmap for "Search Everywhere" strategies across Google, LLMs, social, and third-party platforms.
- Act as a player-coach, personally driving content launches and optimizations while building scalable execution systems.
- Establish reporting and forecasting frameworks to tie organic efforts directly to business impact.
- Lead hiring and resourcing strategies to scale the organic growth team, utilizing both in-house talent and agencies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Web Development, and Clinical teams to optimize user experience and conversion.
Requirements
- 7β10+ years of experience in growth marketing with significant ownership of organic acquisition.
- Proven track record of translating high-level strategy into measurable execution and shipped results.
- Strong point of view on AI-driven search and the evolving discovery ecosystem.
- Ability to build and manage teams using in-house talent, agencies, and freelancers.
- Proficiency with data tools (SQL, BI) and SEO toolsets such as Ahrefs, GSC, and ScreamingFrog.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
