TL;DR
Director, Lifecycle & Customer Journey (SaaS): Designing and optimizing the end-to-end customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention using AI-powered omni-channel strategies with an accent on LTV maximization and friction reduction. Focus on building "always-on" intelligence layers and orchestrating high-impact personalized experiences across SMS, email, and in-app channels.
Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Salary: $122,000–$152,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do
- Define the strategic vision for the end-to-end Pro journey to align with growth and retention goals.
- Lead the development of AI-first programs to nurture prospects and accelerate early enrollment.
- Design multi-channel onboarding experiences to drive fast time-to-value and engagement.
- Partner with Sales and Success teams to drive LTV expansion via automated upsells and retention strategies.
- Scale personalized programs across email, SMS, and in-app channels using AI-driven MarTech tools.
- Establish KPIs to monitor conversion, activation, and churn to make data-driven optimizations.
Requirements
- 7–12+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or CRM marketing, preferably in SaaS or marketplaces.
- Proven success in improving conversion, retention, or LTV metrics.
- Deep fluency in omni-channel tools such as Braze, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Experience building and managing high-performing marketing teams.
- Strong analytical skills to translate customer insights into execution briefs.
- Must be based in the United States to be eligible for the provided benefits (401k, health insurance).

- Experience with SMB customers or the field services/trades audience.
- Background in integrating AI/ML tools like predictive churn or propensity models.
- Systems thinking approach to complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
