TL;DR
Enterprise Regional Director, Northeast (AI SaaS): Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives, develop and execute regional sales plans, and drive revenue through landing and expanding largest accounts with an accent on complex enterprise sales cycles and territory building. Location: Remote (must be based in the Northeast, specifically New York City)

What you will do
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales plan
- Build and grow a robust sales pipeline while accelerating customer adoption
- Lead contract negotiations and develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
- Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives
Requirements
- Must be based in the Northeast, specifically New York City
- At least 5 years of formal sales leadership experience building high-performance teams
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and analytical skills
- Significant enterprise sales experience with complex deals and C-level selling
- History of accurate forecasting, territory building, and strategic customer development
- Experience selling technical SaaS solutions with knowledge of integrations, APIs, and security
- Experience collaborating with SEs, BDRs, PMs, executives, and engineers
Nice to have
- Experience with MEDDIC, Challenger, target account selling, or solution selling methodologies
- Basic understanding of search infrastructure
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
