Location: Remote (USA). Applicants within 45 miles of Westlake/Dallas, TX are expected to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday.

Salary: $173,000–$432,000 USD

What you will do

  • Define and execute sales strategies for recurring revenue growth to achieve booking targets.
  • Oversee the full sales process, managing the funnel and reporting business metrics.
  • Provide operational rigor, ensuring forecasts and metrics are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coach sales professionals in alignment with the MEDDPICC framework.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and expand the company's footprint in Enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to implement policies supporting business growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Enterprise software sales, including a leadership position.
  • Expertise in the MEDDPICC framework as both a seller and a coach.
  • Proven track record of accurately forecasting and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% depending on business needs.
