Salary: $170,000 - $210,000 USD (Base)

What you will do

  • Lead and scale the net-new, high-velocity sales organization based in Denver.
  • Mentor and develop sales managers to ensure accountability and professional growth.
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify trends and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
  • Oversee pipeline management and forecasting to ensure consistent deal flow.
  • Execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Champion a results-oriented culture focused on excellence and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in senior sales leadership, specifically scaling outbound new business teams.
  • Proven track record of coaching high-performing sales managers.
  • Expertise in data-driven problem solving and pipeline forecasting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Must be based in Denver, CO and work in-office 5 days a week.
