What you will do

• Own and execute the sales strategy to transform local businesses with AI agents.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team.
• Provide coaching in strategic selling, pipeline development, forecasting, and deal execution.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define and implement a winning GTM strategy.
• Develop and manage sales forecasts, goals, and key performance metrics.
• Guide key strategic deals and lead complex negotiations.

Requirements

• SaaS sales experience is required.
• Strong background in Enterprise outbound sales.
• 3+ years of experience selling or leading in the Enterprise space.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive decision-making using metrics.
