Location: Remote (US). Associated with the NYC office.

Salary: $75,000 - $112,000 per year

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end SaaS implementations for strategic accounts, including scoping, planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
  • Gather customer requirements to create tailored implementation plans that drive time to value.
  • Perform "hands on keyboard" configuration of customer instances and asset creation.
  • Provide strategic and technical guidance to optimize client campaigns and ensure successful launches.
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech Services, and Account teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase the quality of delivery.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States (indicated by US salary, 401k, and US privacy laws).
  • 2-4 years of Implementation and/or Project Management experience.
  • Proven hands-on experience successfully implementing SaaS or enterprise software applications.
  • Strong ability to prioritize workflow and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent client management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Technical acumen and the ability to solve conceptual problems independently.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing client projects within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of the non-profit industry and its unique operational challenges.
  • Experience with cloud-based CRM and Customer Success tools (e.g., Salesforce, ClickUp).
