Location: Remote / Hybrid (Must be based in or able to work from Livonia, Michigan)

Salary: $105,654 – $174,330

What you will do

• Act as a primary liaison between business units, the IT organization, and external vendors to ensure solutions meet operational constraints.
• Operationalize strategic initiatives by cultivating relationships with Clinical, Revenue, Finance, and IT business lines.
• Identify and execute operational improvement opportunities by studying business functions and analyzing quantitative data.
• Lead and monitor the progress of one or more IT Centers of Excellence, executing prioritized business plans.
• Manage daily activities of assigned colleagues, providing coaching, training, and development to ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Maintain adherence to Federal, State, and local laws and organizational integrity programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of consulting or relevant leadership experience.
• Foundational knowledge of IT operations or IT project management.
• Expert-level knowledge in at least two business operations disciplines (e.g., financial management, vendor management, change leadership).
• Certification in PX Essentials and Root Cause Analysis; A3 Thinking for Leaders certification required within 12 months of hire.
• Ability to work in a typical office environment in Livonia, Michigan.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Previous people management experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification.
