What you will do

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas through strategic territory planning and execution.
• Develop account-based marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing team to drive revenue.
• Manage and orchestrate relationships with the GSI and SI partner community.
• Act as a trusted advisor by aligning hirify.global solutions with customers' IT roadmaps and business outcomes.
• Prospect, qualify, and close complex seven-figure, multi-year deals.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and manage pipeline and forecasts with high rigor.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of field sales experience, with a strong emphasis on data or cloud-related technology.
• Proven track record of closing seven-figure, multi-year deals with strategic, complex customers.
• Extensive experience operating within the Financial Services and Banking sectors.
• Demonstrated success in transformational and consultative selling and sophisticated negotiations.
• Expertise in executive-level relationship management and understanding C-level business drivers.
• Ability to align and lead cross-functional internal teams, including legal, marketing, and value engineering.
