Salary: $152,000–$220,000 (for US-based candidates)

What you will do
- Act as a strategic partner to enterprise customers, aligning on business goals and success planning.
- Maintain Gross Retention Rate (GRR) above 90% through proactive risk identification and mitigation.
- Ensure customers are actively using core use cases with demonstrated, measurable value.
- Identify and influence meaningful expansion opportunities through account insight and engagement.
- Manage the portfolio with structured engagement and cross-functional alignment with TAMs, Sales, and Product teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success managing large enterprise accounts.
- Experience in developer tooling or DevOps-focused SaaS.
- Proven ability to lead renewal conversations, QBRs, and value discussions with C-level stakeholders.
- Technical fluency in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD workflows, and developer tooling concepts.
- Experience with HubSpot or other CS/CRM platforms.
- Background in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
