Salary: $335K – $350K + Equity

What you will do
- Develop and own the private equity GTM strategy, including sponsor prioritization and account selection.
- Act as the senior relationship lead for PE firms, operating partners, and portfolio executives.
- Drive revenue growth through disciplined origination and pipeline creation across sponsors and portfolio companies.
- Translate portfolio value-creation goals into scalable AI solutions and commercial opportunities.
- Build a high-accountability operating model with rigorous forecasting and performance expectations.
- Collaborate with product, legal, and finance teams to remove blockers and accelerate high-value deals.
Requirements
- 15–20 years of experience leading enterprise sales or GTM organizations, including senior front-line leadership.
- Proven success owning and scaling large, complex strategic-account or segment businesses with revenue accountability.
- Strong credibility and network within the private equity or financial sponsor ecosystem.
- Exceptional operating rigor in business planning and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and build structure in a fast-moving environment.
- Location: Based in New York City
Nice to have
- Experience in AI, cloud, or platform technical product environments.
- Experience with consumption-based and platform sales models.
- Track record of building a segment from early structure to repeatable scale.
