What you will do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for structural engineering analysis and design software for a global user base.
• Define target user segments and feature epics based on engineering trends and user feedback.
• Develop AI-powered, interoperable workflows within the Bentley technology ecosystem.
• Lead go-to-market strategies including product packaging, pricing, and launch plans.
• Guide a globally distributed product team to achieve adoption, quality, and satisfaction metrics.
• Represent the business at industry conferences and thought leadership forums.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management or business strategy for B2B software.
• Proven track record of taking a B2B product from concept to successful market launch.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers through discovery, advisory boards, or beta programs.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into actionable plans and clear narratives.
• Experience with legacy software modernization and cloud-enabled or AI-assisted solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering.
