What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for a major product area or cross-product initiative aligned with company goals.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to drive alignment on product direction and delivery timelines.
• Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to validate problems and define success metrics.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to shape scalable platform capabilities and AI/ML integrations.
• Serve as an internal thought leader and mentor to other product managers.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering complex, high-impact products or platforms.
• Deep experience in product discovery, roadmap planning, and agile execution.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience in legal tech, legal operations, or adjacent enterprise workflow domains.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered products, automation, or data-driven platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS metrics, pricing/packaging, and customer lifecycle management.
