Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop strategic product plans by aligning pricing, distribution, and promotional approaches with long-term business goals.
• Guide new product development and innovation initiatives through the full stage-gate process.
• Partner with Revenue Growth Management, Sales, Analytics, and Finance to evaluate pricing and channel dynamics.
• Advocate for the voice of the customer by analyzing market trends and user preferences.
• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to support product launches and monitor performance.
• Support sales teams through training and ongoing engagement with industry partners and associations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience in manufacturing or consumer durables.
• Experience supporting new product development through a stage-gate or similar process.
• Ability to translate technical product concepts into clear customer value.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 15%.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with both B2C and B2B product environments.
• Background in building products, home improvement, or durable goods.
• Familiarity with connected product technologies or smart home categories.
