What you will do

• Own the Swim Team Store roadmap, prioritizing features for team setup, ordering, customization, and fulfillment.
• Engage directly with swim coaches, team admins, parents, and athletes to uncover needs and pain points.
• Prototype and validate ideas quickly using tools like Lovable, Claude, and Figma, iterating based on user feedback.
• Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, UX, marketing, and operations for seamless releases.
• Measure success with KPIs like adoption, NPS, retention, and team order value to refine priorities.
• Champion business cases aligning initiatives with strategic goals for ROI and customer impact.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years experience in product management: ecommerce, SaaS, or B2B platforms
• Domain expertise in ecommerce operations, community-driven products, or team sports retail; firsthand experience with swim teams or youth sports as coach, athlete, parent, or administrator
• Strong prototyping skills with Lovable, Figma, or similar tools
• Customer-first mindset with deep empathy for end users
• Analytical skills for defining KPIs, performance analysis, and data-driven decisions
• Strong communication for alignment across leadership, design, engineering, and customer teams
