What you will do

• Support Product Engineer during pre-launch and process validation phase
• Review customer specifications and validation test procedures
• Organize read-across meetings and prepare lessons learned documents
• Create and update validation tracker
• Review drawings and perform stack-up analysis
• Support iPCO activities and track shipments of pre-series and PV sample parts
• Review quality reports for PV tests

Requirements

• Enrolled in a 4-year accredited university, Major: Mechanical Engineering, Class Standing: Sophomore, Junior, or Senior
• Overall GPA 3.0 or higher
• Must be eligible to work in US (internship onsite in Troy, MI)

Nice to have

• Skills in CATIA, SolidWorks, MS Office, MATLAB, C++/C++, HyperWorks, ANSYS, Abaqus, Patran
• Previous internship in automotive industry
