What you will do

• Perform structural simulation of diesel engine and fuel systems for R&D and field issue resolutions.
• Conduct analytical simulations using ABAQUS, Hypermesh, and FE-Safe to interpret and report results.
• Recommend design improvements to enhance product performance, durability, quality, and reliability.
• Carry out failure analysis and detailed investigations.
• Collaborate with design and test teams to develop new components, systems, and simulation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years.
• 3+ years of experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
• Expertise in Structural Mechanics/Dynamics simulation, Fatigue Life, and Bolted Joint structural simulation.
• 3+ years of experience with ABAQUS, Hypermesh, and COBRA-COMFAT.
• Experience with diesel engine structural robustness and reliability.
