What you will do

• Operate gear production equipment and analyze dimensions to perform necessary machine adjustments.
• Prepare samples and perform metallurgical/chemical analysis to understand component failures.
• Assist in testing and developing products to identify and understand potential failure modes.
• Build prototype axle and driveshaft assemblies for lab and vehicle testing.
• Act as a liaison between vehicle manufacturers and internal engineering departments to determine product requirements.
• Collaborate with CAD departments to create component and assembly prints for new part designs.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering.
• Ability to work onsite at the World Headquarters in Maumee, OH.
