Salary: $120,000 – $145,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Oversee the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and present monthly financial reporting packages and board materials for the executive leadership team.
• Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Finance on fundraising and M&A activities.
• Partner with department heads to analyze financial requirements and drive overall financial performance.
• Analyze sales pipelines, win rates, and pricing models in collaboration with sales and marketing leadership.
• Lead the enhancement of KPI dashboards to effectively monitor organizational performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a similar field.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience, ideally within high-growth organizations, investment banks, or consulting firms.
• Expertise in developing financial models in Excel/Google Sheets and a strong understanding of GAAP.
• Must be located in the United States.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to automate workflows and scale operational impact.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership.

• Prior experience in the implementation or management of budgeting and planning software.
