Manager, Training (L&D): Leading the facilitation and delivery of highβimpact learning experiences for Sales and Customer Success teams with an accent on onboarding and ongoing enablement. Focus on managing a team of facilitators, optimizing training delivery operations, and ensuring high learner engagement across virtual and in-person formats.
Location: Onsite in Seattle, Washington, United States (5 days a week in office)
Salary: $140,000β$160,000 (Annual Base) + 15% target bonus

What you will do
- Lead training initiatives for new hires and the upskilling of Commercial teams.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Sales & Customer Success facilitators to ensure delivery excellence.
- Personally facilitate approximately 50% of assigned training in both virtual and inβperson formats.
- Own facilitator capacity planning and coordinate training schedules and delivery logistics.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations on shared training initiatives.
- Establish and track facilitation excellence KPIs to monitor delivery consistency and learner experience.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in curriculum development, business, psychology, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably within Sales, Customer Success, or Sales Enablement.
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading training teams.
- Strong facilitation skills and proficiency in adult learning techniques for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
