TL;DR
Safety Trainer (Monetization): Designing and delivering high-impact training and onboarding programs for Ads, payments, and fintech products with an accent on technical enablement and safety. Focus on creating instructional materials, scaling agent training, and using data metrics to close skill gaps.
Location: Bastrop, TX. Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), refugee, or asylee to meet ITAR requirements.

What you will do
- Design and facilitate learning experiences (virtual, in-person, and e-learning) focused on Ads, payment systems, and fintech products.
- Lead end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including Customer Service agents, Ad Operations, and Payments teams.
- Develop and maintain updated instructional materials, user manuals, job aids, and knowledge base content.
- Assess training effectiveness using data-driven metrics to identify skill gaps and refine programs.
- Build cross-functional safety training programs in partnership with stakeholders to strengthen platform trust and safety.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in technical training or enablement within a corporate or financial setting.
- Proficiency in instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning principles.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), CRM tools, and content authoring software like Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
- Must comply with U.S. Government export regulations (ITAR): U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
- Strong project and program management capabilities with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with BI and dashboard tools such as SQL, Looker, Data Studio, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with AI-powered analytics and automation platforms for operational optimization.
- Experience owning the end-to-end maintenance of internal and external knowledge bases.
- CPTD, CPTM, or similar professional certifications in talent development.
