Salary: $81,210.00-114,650.00

What you will do

• Conduct needs assessments to identify critical skill gaps for production, quality, safety, and supervisory staff in a manufacturing environment.
• Manage technical training across Foundry Factories to accelerate personnel ramping and support operational excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple organizations and GEOs to drive standardized business practices.
• Partner with a global L&D network to standardize, localize, and continuously improve training content.
• Support change management activities related to process improvements on the factory floor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning theory, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience designing and delivering training in a manufacturing, operations, or industrial environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in hirify.global factory operations support.
• Knowledge of task-based certification and compliance reporting.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools such as Articulate or Captivate.
• Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to engage learners across various roles.
