What you will do

• Design and execute a comprehensive year-long learning arc for the Community of Practice, including virtual meetings and an annual in-person convening.
• Facilitate high-impact adult learning sessions that foster inspiration and accountability among pilot teams.
• Analyze pilot data and engage with teams to identify success conditions at the intersection of academics and talent.
• Translate findings into practical, usable resources, templates, and best-practice tools for the broader education sector.
• Cultivate deep trust and authentic partnerships with senior district and school leaders.
• Coordinate and manage external consultants and project-based partners to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality experiences.

Requirements

• Expertise in High-Quality Instructional Material (HQIM), instructional coherence, and curriculum-based professional learning.
• Proven experience as a designer and facilitator of adult learning experiences.
• Ability to translate high-level vision into concrete, high-quality work plans and measurable results.
• Track record of navigating complex school systems and achieving ambitious goals in collaborative environments.
• Advanced proficiency in creating polished digital learning supports and interactive data collection tools.
• Must be based in the US and willing to travel 1-2 times per quarter.
