What you will do
- Design and execute a comprehensive year-long learning arc for the Community of Practice, including virtual meetings and an annual in-person convening.
- Facilitate high-impact adult learning sessions that foster inspiration and accountability among pilot teams.
- Analyze pilot data and engage with teams to identify success conditions at the intersection of academics and talent.
- Translate findings into practical, usable resources, templates, and best-practice tools for the broader education sector.
- Cultivate deep trust and authentic partnerships with senior district and school leaders.
- Coordinate and manage external consultants and project-based partners to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality experiences.
Requirements
- Expertise in High-Quality Instructional Material (HQIM), instructional coherence, and curriculum-based professional learning.
- Proven experience as a designer and facilitator of adult learning experiences.
- Ability to translate high-level vision into concrete, high-quality work plans and measurable results.
- Track record of navigating complex school systems and achieving ambitious goals in collaborative environments.
- Advanced proficiency in creating polished digital learning supports and interactive data collection tools.
- Must be based in the US and willing to travel 1-2 times per quarter.
