What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community managers and HOA board members across the Florida portfolio.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all insurance needs, guidance, and questions for Florida clients.
  • Manage the full client-facing sales cycle from initial outreach through to proposal acceptance.
  • Coordinate sales opportunities for the partner broker network and lead proposal meetings.
  • Advise clients on property, liability, and D&O coverages, explaining quotes and exclusions in plain language.
  • Collaborate with insurance leadership to define the operating model and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • Located in Florida with the ability to travel periodically for onsite board and broker meetings.
  • Strong client-facing and relationship management experience (B2B, property management, or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and formal presentation settings.
  • Must obtain a Florida insurance agent license (hirify.global will sponsor the process).

Nice to have

  • Prior experience working within an HOA management company or community association environment.
  • Existing insurance industry knowledge, particularly in property & casualty.
  • Familiarity with HOA governance and board decision-making dynamics.
  • Experience managing multiple client relationships or accounts simultaneously.
