What you will do
- Resolve client support inquiries via phone and email regarding accounts and the platform.
- Assist with account setup, technical troubleshooting, and treasury-related items.
- Educate customers on the product line to maximize their trading experience.
- Manage customer data using Salesforce and productivity tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Collaborate with Trade Desk, Technical Support, and Compliance teams.
- Assist in beta testing software updates and creating knowledge base articles.
Requirements
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn complex systems quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex instructions in a simple, understandable way.
- Tech-savvy mindset for direct client troubleshooting.
- Must be based in Chicago, IL.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a high-volume technology company.
- Experience with CRM and ticketing software.
- Knowledge of the trading industry.
