What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of 80–125 mid-market clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from the platform.
• Drive digital payment adoption programs and identify opportunities to expand product utilization.
• Monitor client health indicators, such as AutoPay enrollment and paperless adoption, to mitigate churn risks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and act as an internal advocate for client needs.
• Utilize Salesforce and AI-assisted tools to maintain communication cadences and analyze client data.
• Execute outreach plans to meet retention, revenue, and adoption goals.
