Salary: $55,000 + 7.5% target annual bonus

What you will do
- Respond to customer contacts via chat, phone, and email to resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot customer pain points to ensure the best possible user experience.
- Document all interaction details in Salesforce to inform product improvements.
- Collaborate with global teams to maintain continuous support availability.
- Achieve quarterly contact volume and quality goals.
- Participate in company initiatives and project work.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
- Strong interest in financial markets, private equity, and venture capital.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
