Salary: $59,000 - $74,000 (base) + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Identify, respond to, and resolve technical and functional issues raised by clients.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to conduct root-cause analysis for complex issues.
• Work with Product and Account Managers to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Provide conceptual and functional instruction to help clients maximize platform value.
• Prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous support cases effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role.
• Proficiency in mathematics and a passion for problem-solving.
• Superior communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the US from day one without sponsorship.
