What you will do
- Resolve customer issues via chat, phone, and email, particularly during late evening shifts.
- Handle a range of inquiries from basic technical support to complex ERP integration guidance.
- Document common issues and resolutions to expand the team's internal knowledge base.
- Gather and communicate client feedback to drive service improvements.
- Collaborate with the day team to ensure seamless follow-up on ongoing issues.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Salt Lake City.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service; financial services or startup background is preferred.
- Ability to work independently during late evening hours (up to 11:00 PM MST).
- Basic understanding of banking, credit cards, and accounting principles.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
