What you will do

• Embed and run a consistent operating business system to connect strategy, execution, and results.
• Coordinate the Technology & Growth operating rhythm to ensure discipline, clarity, and accountability.
• Apply continuous improvement and change management principles to remove organizational friction.
• Integrate AI and digital tools to enhance analysis, synthesis, and executive content creation.
• Partner with Finance to develop business cases, track ROI, and enable data-based prioritization.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, consulting, or program leadership.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, specifically with business cases and ROI logic.
• Proven project management capabilities across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Ability to synthesize ambiguity into structured, executive-ready recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to RBS toolset.
• Experience supporting executive reviews or senior leadership forums.
• MBA or MBA-track background.
