What you will do
- Define and manage intent data strategy, orchestrating signals from 3rd-party and 1st-party data into actionable audience segments.
- Design coordinated, cross-channel buyer journeys and provide activation briefs to the Performance Marketing team.
- Build regional intent enrichment models to surface high-priority accounts to sales representatives at the optimal time.
- Own AI-powered website chat and AI email agents, configuring routing logic and persona-level personalization.
- Partner with Global Campaigns, Field Marketing, and Marketing Operations to bridge intent strategy and channel execution.
- Prioritize full-journey experience metrics to build a holistic view of account engagement and pipeline health.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with intent data and account enrichment platforms such as 6sense, ZoomInfo, or Clay.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and digital experience platforms like Marketo or Folloze.
- Familiarity with conversational marketing, CRM, and web analytics tools including Qualified, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to translate complex behavioral signals into clear action plans and sequence-based journey designs.
- Proven experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Must be based in the greater Houston area.
