Senior Marketing Manager (AI-enabled B2B): Take full ownership of marketing strategy, planning, and execution for an assigned product line with an accent on integrated campaigns, demand generation, and AI automation. Focus on building, deploying, and scaling AI workflows that automate research, copy drafting, QA, reporting, and marketing stack integrations.
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid work; must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. - no visa sponsorship)

What you will do
- Build integrated campaign strategies across marketing teams to meet awareness and demand gen goals.
- Develop and execute compelling B2B campaigns via email, digital, events, and more, aligned with sales.
- Test innovative concepts and manage end-to-end project plans with stakeholders.
- Leverage customer insights and collaborate with product, sales, and other teams to drive business results.
- Use marketing tech (Salesforce, Marketo, Wrike, Confluence) for execution, tracking, and reporting.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; unable to sponsor visas.
- Fluent written and oral English communication.
- Bachelor’s degree + 8 years related experience (or advanced degree + 6 years).
- Strong B2B product marketing understanding, metrics excellence, and demand gen measurement.
- Experience with Salesforce reporting/dashboards/campaigns and project tools like Wrike.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
