Senior Marketing Manager

Focus on building, deploying, and scaling AI workflows that automate research, copy drafting, QA, reporting, and marketing stack integrations.

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid work; must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. - no visa sponsorship)

What you will do

• Build integrated campaign strategies across marketing teams to meet awareness and demand gen goals.
• Develop and execute compelling B2B campaigns via email, digital, events, and more, aligned with sales.
• Test innovative concepts and manage end-to-end project plans with stakeholders.
• Leverage customer insights and collaborate with product, sales, and other teams to drive business results.
• Use marketing tech (Salesforce, Marketo, Wrike, Confluence) for execution, tracking, and reporting.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; unable to sponsor visas.
• Fluent written and oral English communication.
• Bachelor’s degree + 8 years related experience (or advanced degree + 6 years).
• Strong B2B product marketing understanding, metrics excellence, and demand gen measurement.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting/dashboards/campaigns and project tools like Wrike.
• Exceptional communication, project management, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
